Emily is a former teacher and school counselor who came into mortgage to make a direct, positive impact on the homeownership gaps that still exist in Minnesota and across the United States. She was a co-owner of the first 100% women-owned mortgage company, Neighborship Mortgage, where she also worked as a loan officer before shifting under an amazing new umbrella company, Spectra Home Mortgage. She specializes in client connection and experience, DPAs, financial strategies, and speaks Spanish. Emily believes that we all have a part to play in improving and diversifying our communities through homeownership and intergenerational wealth creation.
